October Novel Prep Challenge

My antagonist turned out to be a mild mannered vampire that grew up on the streets of 18th century London supporting himself by leading unsuspecting pub visitors to the highwayman waiting near their carriages. He did this by lighting their path for a fee. His name is Link because all anyone ever called him was Linkboy which is the name given to street kids who made money this way. They had to weave their own wicks for the lanterns creating links in the thread.

He was suppose to be a good kid being chased by a member of the Order of Hunters but instead hes a good kid, who owes his life to Sabine, the vampire hunter who saved him from a ticked off highwayman and forced him to work with her. Shes going after my main character but doesn't make an actually appearance until book two.

Link will eventually redeem himself when he tells Hayden whats really going on. But, it might be to late by then, I don't know.
