October Novel Prep Challenge

By the time this is over she may be wishing she had died. She has stopped talking to me because I told my best friend she had a wreck but was fine. She has alienated her father by yelling at him because we didn't have full coverage and its going to cost my entire Christmas savings just to get it out of the impound lot and brought home.

So no, right now if I could strangle her and get away with it I probably would. Can one plead temporary insanity due to your daughter going off the deep end right before Nano? I know the answer but still...

This has been brewing for a while. I can live with a wrecked car. I can live with no money for Christmas and I do mean no money. What I can't live with is the look on her father's face when he got that text. She broke his heart. Its not her heart to break.
