It's deleted from the Plug Page, but the site has no control over when the Google archive gets updated.

2001 -- are you sure that links to your item? Titles aren't unique on the site. Only ID numbers are.

Note that anything you plan to submit anywhere outside the site should never be set to No Access Restrictions.
