I can so relate to what you are saying. I've been away from this group way to long. I was getting discouraged with the reviews of my work not being helpful and just tell me what was bad about my work, but no advice on making my work better. So, I joined a writing group about an hour and half away from me and was traveling and critiquing more than writing. So, I'm back and I hope I can get some creditable critiquing here.
