Also, that's a very interesting thought, regarding giving critical reviews to the winner - if a few others agree, I may go with that (in which case I will probably end up spending more time on winners' reviews than I do now). I don't think I want to publicly give much more than a blurb regarding what enticed me about a particular piece. However, I might do a write-up about my judging criteria. It's a very subjective thing, what a reader is looking for, so I should probably give some more hints. :)
