The Whatever Contest -- Closed for Now

No idea why handing out more prizes elicits "evil" laughter in you but whatever. Canadians have a warped sense of "mean," anyway.

It would be great to have you help judge! THANK YOU! Give me a couple of minutes to put on what might be finishing touches and then let me know what you think about the format, clarity, color scheme, etc., if you don't mind. I'm putting a link to the Quills and the nomination form, mostly for my reference in case I like anything that well. lol But also because maybe it will prompt others to do the same for their contests.
