I’m assuming that the people behind this either haven’t unlocked the glue spell, or just didn’t use it. Golem possibility exists I suppose, but it would be an odd use of the 7th spell. It’s also possible that Melanie is on it, which would explain why everyone but Will has a mind band on. If she was in on it, it would be quite foolish to give her swapping victim her memories. I’m personally not sold either way on if she is in on it just yet, but there is some circumstantial evidence pointing at it.
