Alphabetize Email

You said in a forum reply it can be done for external emails. I don't see a way to do that. I would like to have a way to arrange the list of names on email alphabetically. We have the option on other screens. It is very difficult to locate an email address for the person you want to email. All members would be experiencing the same issue.
