First Review of the day doesn't "register"
Hello The StoryMaster

I sent out two reviews today.

Review of "HEAVEN AND THE ROSE!" (no message, didn't count)

Review of "Hope At Will" (got message, counted)

The first review didn't allow ratings. After I sent it off, I didn't get the usual "You sent out a review, here is the review #" message. It didn't seem to count toward the 7-Day Reviewing badge either.
Only after I sent out the second review, which does allow ratings, did I get the message with the review #. This one was also the one that told me that it counted as the first of my daily reviews for the 7-Day reviews merit badge.
