Possibly but Clover Mystery has also put him through hell which I can't imagine Dorothy doing. I think the list of people that have been shown as having already had a pre-existing attraction to Will would be her, Cassie and maybe Bailey Keane? I could be forgetting someone but none of them really seem like the type who'd want to mess with Will the way Clover has.

The only person that kind of makes sense to me is Laura Macgregor since it seems to have started with the theater kids and there was a line a long time ago that involved Laura writing a story about a shapeshifter that messes with people. But there's also probably something in this line (it's kind of long and twisty for me to want to go back and read right now) that eliminates her. And that's assuming it's a girl and not a gay guy like Charles, too. Or, I suppose, that Clover Mystery is actually a single person and not a group and that one of them has messed with Will while another is using the masks to get with him.

Again, maybe it's a combination of the story being so long and winding combined with the gaps between update bundles but I'm honestly having a hard time making sense of who it actually could be. Maybe someone with a keener eye would be able to go through and compile whatever hints and clues have been dropped that I've probably forgotten.
