Welcome to the forum. We are glad to have you. I have asthma too, which I didn't develop until I was 28 years old! It's under control with inhalers and as long as I stay away from things I know I'm allergic too, I'm fine. It did take me several years to learn my limits though.
Plus, my husband had degenerative disc disease. He was in pretty bad shape a few years ago but went to physical therapy. He now takes over the counter anti-inflammatory naperosine. sp?? And, he keeps up his therapy exercises. He is doing a thousand times better.
