A lugia stands in the grass field. He is all alone. He looksl ike a normal lugia except black and red. He dosen't see you coming. You have a job, tickle the lugia for 3 hours and give the data to professor oak.

You have the best tickling tools at your diposal...but should you use the ropes or chains

You have the following choices:

1. use the ropes to tie him hog-tied

2. use the chains to tie him spread-eagle
