A posted colorful piece of paper caught Dawn's eye. She walked over to it.

"Come to come to wonderful Celadon City in Kanto! The 10th annual Eatathon contest this Saturday! All are welcome! Winner eats for free! 5-time champion Maylene attending! We need someone to beat the champ!"

Dawn smiled. Saturday was in 2 days.

"This is great! I've been wanting to take a trip by myself!" She said

Dawn bought a ticket for the new "Magnet Train" station in Hearthome, and set off.
