"-Well, i suppose life hasn't been easy for you, and i suppose i could help...
-Yeah ! There's a few things that could be done to help with my "reputation".
-What do you want me to do about it, Misty ?
-Well, first of all, if we want this to work, from now on we'll have to call each
other by the body's name. Starting now, you are Misty Davis, the town's
worst citizen i guess , and i'm Liz Parker, everyone's sweetheart."
Liz had a strange feeling : despite the fact that they had found the machine by
accident, she felt like Misty was actually enjoying being Liz, that there was
more to the change than just solving her problems...She quickly tossed the
thought aside. Misty had always been supportive of her, and she had no
reason to doubt her willingness to change her reputation. And Liz somehow
felt a thrill at having the chance to be someone else, even if it meant enduring
remarks thrown at Misty.
"-All right, Liz, what do you want me to do ?
-Well, my main weakness has always been men. So if for some reason I became
more...well, let's say stable on the matter, i guess my reputation would get
better !
-And how do you plan to accomplish that ?
-Well, that's where YOU come in, my friend. The thing is, now that I am married
to Kyle, there'll be no problem for me to satisfy my...hmm needs. You'll just need to
lay low as me for a couple of weeks, and I'll be fine and we'll switch back !
-WHAT ? You want to stay as me for weeks ?! And have sex with my husband no less ?!
-Hey girl, as far as he's concerned, Kyle will just be with his wife like nothing ever
happened...and for the duration, let's say a month. I think it'll be enough to make everything
better.
-Well...i really love Kyle and i don't want to do that to him, but if it means so much to you,
i'll be Misty Davis for the next month, and you'll be Liz Parker. But you'll need to know some
things about me not to mess everything up !
-Same for you ! Even if i'm a single mom, i still have a kid to care about, and we don't want
Zack to get suspicious, do we ?
-I guess you're right...Let's work on a list of things to know about each other during the day !
We'll lay low for now, meet up here during the night and starting tomorrow, we'll be able to
fool everyone !"
Liz was starting to get into this. Even if she loved her husband and kids, she had wanted a
break from her life for a long time...to be free again would be an amazing feeling, she thought.
And being the town's "resident bad girl" was also sort of exciting, even if she knew it wasn't
going to be all positive. And Misty...well, she was a couple of years older than Liz, but Liz
had always been jealous of her. She always thought she had kind of a dull, "girl next door"
kind of look, even if it was absolutely false. Misty, on the other hand, had a sophisticated,
"Playmate of the month" kind of look that added to her excitement. And SHE, not Misty,
was going to be able to "show it off" for the next couple of weeks. In a way, even if she
disapproved of Misty's behaviour with men, she understood why Misty "flaunted" her assets
like that. In addition to her glorious breasts, she also had a face that showed almost no
signs of time, with only slight wrinkles on the corner of her eyes, and long flowing blond
hair that Liz had also admired for a long time.
It was gonna be a good couple of weeks, after all...
Misty, even if she kept a neutral face, was beaming inside. She quickly sensed that Liz
was getting into her idea more and more. Misty had actually insisted on staying swapped,
but she had a different agenda than what she told Liz. She went from man to man because
she had never found someone that could match her criteria fully. But since the Parkers
settled in the neighbourhood, she had found someone she thought was her match made in
heaven : Kyle Parker. She had quickly tried to "seal the deal" while Liz was away, but
Kyle politely declined, saying he was in love with his wife and that it wasn't going to change.
This situation actually increased Misty's interest because she knew that once she made Kyle
hers, she could keep him forever.
Then, a couple of days ago, she remembered that her dad once told her about his invention : he
had built a body-swapping machine, but she tought it had been destroyed until she saw Liz
in the barn uncovering it. She quickly pushed her in and made up this story about her "reputation",
and hoped a month would be a sufficient time for her to come up with a plan to knock Liz out of the
picture. Maybe she could destroy the machine and tell everyone that poor lil' Misty had lost it..?
But for now, she had to learn more about Liz's habits...she couldn't let anyone know about the swap,
and especially not Kyle.
When Liz suggested the "list" thing, Misty thought it was too good to be true ! Between the memory
transfer the machine induced and this list, she'd have everything she need to step into her new life
as Liz Parker without anyone suspecting. And hey, maybe Liz would actually enjoy being her ?!
She had enough of her life, enough of her buxom blonde body...nobody even took her seriously with
her stripper breasts !!
"-You're welcome to my life if you like it..." she finally muttered.
"-What did you say, Misty?"
"-Careful ! Don't let your mind slip again, Misty ! Understood?
-Yes Mis...yes Liz !
-All right ! I'm gonna go back to my husband, he should be back from the railroad by now. We'll meet
up at midnight here tonight, okay?
-Okay ! Don't forget to tell Zach to come back home, he must still be playing with your son Darryl while
he should be doing his homework.
-Don't go too hard on him, i'm kind of a "cool mom" type so...
-Okay, I'll try not to push him too hard...but tell him i went by anyway !
-Will do ! See you later, Misty !
-See you later, Liz !"
Both women went home happy, but one of them was starting to hatch her plan...into a more permanent stay.
