Duck and Mallard

The Duck and the Mallard were walking one day,
And Mallard turned to Duck to say,
"Dear friend, I been thinking all day and all night,"
I wonder if you'd give me a little more insight,
For I've thought and I've thought and no answer has come,
To the why we must waddle whenever we run.
'Cause the cat and dogs do it better than we,"
Well Duck rubbed her chin and said, "Let's see..."
"The fact is we have two legs, and they have four."
"So they're able to run better, because they have more."
