Your older sister.

Your older sister was sitting at the table, legs crossed, biting into her pancakes. You closed your eyes and breathed in deeply. "Well, here goes nothing."

You jumped into your sister's body, and instantly you tasted pancakes; your sister was eating when you took over her.

You smiled and finished her breakfast, and then got up to put the plates in the sink. You walked up and looked in your old bedroom, and found your real body playing videogames.

2. Your old body ignores you like you usually do your sister
