Looking around Jade sees she has landed in a street filled with stores and shops looking at a street-sign Jade sees the name of this place appears to be Kampen Jade then pulls out the Chi-O-Matic to check if the ox power is near but to her surprise the device does not seem to be working :I will just have to find it on my own then: she thinks.
As Jade walks down the street she notices a statue of a cow standing in front of a big bell-tower :Why would they have put this thing here: Jade thinks out loud then a man walks up to her and says :you are not from around here are you young lady?: Jade:Wat makes you say that sir?: Man:Because if you where you would probably have known the story behind this statue: Her interest spiked by the mans words Jade asks :Would you mind telling me more?:
Man: Of course you see Kampen used to be a wealthy port-city so people who where jealous started making up stories about it this statue represents one of those stories.
The story goo's that there used to grow grass on the top of the tower so the people decided to host a cow up there to eat the grass they teyed the rope around the cows neck and started pulling when the poor beast was halfway up the people of Kampen said Look how hungry he is he,s liking his lips:
As the man concluded his tale Jade said :Not a very flattering tale: : O most people around here laugh about it nowadays we even hang a fake cow on the tower: The man says pointing up to where the fake beast is hanging :besides we are not the only city with this kind of tales well have a nice day: the man then starts walking and is soon out of sight.
Pondering his words Jade thinks to herself :Could it be that this folktale has something to do with the power the Chi-O-Matic detected and even if that's true where should i look the statue in the square or cow hanging from the tower:
