Lovable, Loyal Kate

Looking at the caller ID, you see Kate's number. You briefly ponder what she could be calling about. You were pretty sure she had a date tonight. Oh well, you answer the phone, as you always do with her, "Hey Kay, what's the way?"

Her voice comes over the line, "Cat, are you doing anything?"

"No, not really, why?" You respond.

"I really need to see you." She says, with equal bits nervousness and urgency.

"Why, what's up?" You ask.
