The Morning

Erin was afraid to get out of bed. With her parents out of town on their second honeymoon for two weeks, she was alone at home with her big sister Gretchen. She knew Gretchen would be planning to do something to her before they left for school. She wanted to be careful, so she first locked her bedroom door so Gretchen couldn’t come in. Then she picked out what clothes she was going to wear that day and put them on her bed. Then she went to her bathroom and took a shower.

When she was done, she put on a robe and went back into her room, where…
