A women you've never seen enters the room

A blonde woman entered the Lounge. ( http://regretfulmorning.com/2011/10/butt... ) You were a bit surprised by her shoolgirl-ish outfit and had a purse

"Wh-who are you?" You asked. The blonde woman smiled.

"I'm Tracy. I'm here to tell you the rules and...'inspect' you..." The Blonde woman said.

"So what are the rules?" You asked. Tracy took out a paper from her purse.

"Sit on the couch and I'll inspect you..." Tracy said. So you sat down and Tracy gained a smirk on her face.
