Tim calls his boyfriend.

Current: PST = 11:13 pm Friday; GST = 11 am Saturday

"Hello?" Eddie's sleepy voice comes through.

"Hey babe, how's it hanging in Dubai?" Tim asks jovially. Eddie yawns.

"Not bad, just waking from a little siesta."

"Cool, cool, how was work?"

"Same 'ol, same 'ol. Another day, another disgruntled customer. Sucks my life."

"Dad still making you take all those extra hours?"

"You know it. You would think I murdered his parakeets or something the way he carries on."

"Still, my baby likes to be independent anyways."

"Don't you start chanting that song." Silence hits the line.

"I wasn't."

"Liar!" The laughter in Eddies voice is contagious and it makes Tim's heart jump. "I better start getting ready, gonna be another long day. Miss you."

"I miss you too, call me later?"

"Ok, bu bye."

"Bye!"
