Let's have some more choices before we get started. So how about one of these?

5. Jiao. Age 15, Taiwanese girl. A very fragile girl despite growing up in a very rough neighborhood. Has a very protective older sibling named Yun and is very loved.
Yun may not look tough for a 16 year old but she is very capable keeping hazards away from her younger sister. Yun is urinary incontinent and has no control over her bladder.
Jiao is insistent on wearing diapers as to provide comfort for Yun.

6. Ena. Age 13, Japanese hermaphrodite. Ena was born with a male sex organ (despite having an XX chromosome) and is immensely embarrassed about her circumstance.
Resulting in rather then her using the bathroom she prefers to use diapers then suffer any would be shame.

7. Biyu. Age 12, Chinese girl. Absolutely adores diapers and related accessories/products. She proudly wears a pacifier clipped to her shirt and considers herself very classy.
