Technically, Zelda doesn't appear in Majora's Mask, save for a single scene. However, Ocarina of Time does provide two Zelda's to work with, one young and one slightly older.
So, take your pick.

You have the following choices:

1. Young Zelda.

2. Adult Zelda.

3. Work her into Termina, somehow!
