A shrinking mishap just before mom leaves for vacation.

The cleaning begins

Food and trash was absolutely everywhere. How could Kaitlyn leave the house like this? She knew I’d be late and had an early flight tomorrow Linda said with a groan. Slumping down on one of the few places not covered in trash. Grabbing an empty solo cup she poured herself a drink from one of the empty bottles on the table and started eating some of the leftovers as well thinking about where to start. I be once’s to Linda, she had a captive audience begging to get her attention. They were scattered everywhere around the room including being stuck on the platters of food she was now picking through. They had shrunk to less than half an inch yet Linda didn’t seem to see any of them... their cries for help falling on deaf ears as she was lost in thought. All they knew was that in order to survive, they had to get her attention.
