You are ran over by Truck-Kun and given a choice of a new mother.

The great and powerful Truck-Kun decides to mow you down to send you to another world, but in this case you do not get sent to be a hero in another world(well maybe). In this case you get to be reborn by a fictional/real/or possible girl that might exist out there either being a newborn, a toddler, pre-teen, or 18 years old. Sounds great right? Here are the three choices for you when you get reborn.
1: You are reborn as yourself
2: You are reborn as your new mother's genetic child
3: The final option is only available for the fictional girl path, you can be reborn through the girl of your choice and any fictional guy you want to pair her with.

And there will be the choice of the pregnancy being normal or instantaneous to the final month.

And no matter what you pick your new mom will feel a connection to you and a need to dote on you. Edit: 9-10-23: the more motherly your new mother is the stronger this connection and need is.

The rules:
#1: No vore, waterplay, sex change transformation, scat, anthro, furry, futa, sissy stuff, beastility, m/m or f/f, unbirth, and necrophilia.
#2: I will allow human versions of the MLP and Sonic girls for example so nohuman girls can just be made human.
#3: The girl has to be 11 or up at the very least. You may age up your new mom to a better age for you.
#4 No one sentence chapters and try to have proper grammar.
#5: OCs are fine and so are girls from your original works.
#6: You, the reader, will have the name Anon like I normally do in these types of stories.
#7: Always leave an option for the reader being either male or female.
