When something makes everyone in the first layer of hell 21+ regress back to little kids?

Well this is gonna be interesting I mean after all how will everyone react or rather who will we follow the reaction of rules:
Only characters from helluva boss Canon no hazbin hotel at all.

Only age regression and only for characters that are officially older than 21 years in univers.

If you want to make the regression happen instantly or over time both are okay as long as someone gets one or two years younger every chapter once it starts to pick up.

If you want to make someone who regressed earlier to regress further that's OK just as long as one chapter goes by of that character not regressing.

No unbirth/unborn only going as far as newborn, with the only exception being characters who hatch from Eggs can go back inside eggs and rehatch.

Those who are regressed can be mentally regressed as well or later on in the story but no mental regression without fisacal regression.

Only characters who live on first ring will regress anyone below that will stay the same but they are aloud to come up after it happens.
