It is indeed an emotional poem. When an unfortunate situation appears in our lives, it surrounds us from every corner.
The narrator was suffering from breast cancer. So, the teller needs huge economic support. However, HMO intimated that the narrator would not get financial support.
It is a sad story that makes us mourn a bit.
