Somewhere to go when you're hurting, depressed, or wanting to hurt yourself.
** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only **

(Please note that this space is under construction. More resources will be coming soon. But I wanted to post what I already have for those who may need it.)

News/updates: 02/10/08. Today marks a full year of recovery with no self-injury for me. If I can do it, you can too! I added a section of links for panic attack sufferers.

This is a safe place. This space is a safe haven for anyone who is thinking about hurting themselves or committing suicide. Know that you are safe here and that this is a place of love and healing, not judgment.
If you're currently thinking about hurting yourself, I beg you, please call one of these numbers:

National Suicide Hotlines:
1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) OR 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)

If you're a teen, you can call the Covenant House Nine Line: 1-800-999-9999

And you can also call 911.

These toll-free lines are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained professionals who can help you without ever knowing your name or seeing your face. All calls are confidential — no one you know will find out that you've called. They are there to help you figure out how to work through tough situations.

National Poison Control Center 1-800-222-2122

If you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or questioning, you can use this suicide hotline:

Below are other resources to help you deal with the strong emotions you are feeling. I know things may look hopeless right now. But there is hope for you. Your life is worth saving. You add something beautiful and wonderful to this world, even if you don't realize that yet. It would rob us all of something special if you checked out of this world too early.

Please reach out to someone. Call one of the numbers above, seek therapy, call a friend. You can even IM me if you need to. I am willing to hold your hand in the darkness. (But please realize I am human and fallible. I will try my best to help you but there are others who are much better qualified.)

Please be safe while reading through the material here. If something here is a trigger for you, please avoid it.

Feel free to email me with any suggestions for improvement. And if something here proves helpful to you, please let me know.

I send you ((HUGS)), hope, love, healing, and blessings.

I would like to thank my friends who have contributed to this project and without whom this would not have been possible. Thank you, LateBloomer ,angelsmomma,TAofR ,cassandramiles,Tigger thinks of Prancer ,Merry Mumsy ,MetaphorSquared ,Angel In Training and ⭐Princette♥PengthuluWrites .
