Poem about dogs
As he lays on his back holding up his toy ball, I look into his almond-shaped, brown eyes. He never stops loving me, he is the best companion anyone can have.
He always wants to play, whether it's past midnight or early in the morning.
He's twenty-three pounds of energy and joy.
His adventurous and loving spirit brightens my entire day.
Despite the numerous times we may not have seen eye to eye he still came running back, rolling over with the ball in his mouth, seeking attention.
