I often have trouble figuring out what to put here, in the folder "item body."

I don't know what to say here. That reminds me of a line I heard in an episode from the fourth season of The West Wing I watched recently. President Bartlett had just informed Will Bailey, the highly-ethical and hard-working son of the former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, of his wish to appoint him his new Deputy Communications Director. Will response: "I don't know what to say." President Bartlett immediately answers, "That's not what you want to hear from your new Communications Deputy,"
