Too many kids are committing suicide because bullies are allowed to do as they please.
Where Lies the Blame?
By Cheryl Campbell

We shouldn't be so busy
that we can't raise our children right.
We may not want to hear it
but it's the parents who aren't too bright.

We're raising a bunch of bullies
because we refuse to take time.
Our careers have more priority
than ensuring our kids walk the line.

Our lives are much too important
to be bothered by our offspring
whom we so lovingly (?) gave birth to
then forgot to teach the right things.

Schools can't even take control
and discipline how they see fit.
'Cause that's not allowed - the law's quite clear
Mustn't try to correct, not one bit.

It's not a small thing we're dealing with
as murder is just not the norm.
Kids causing the death of another
while emotionless faces are worn.

This nonsense could be prevented
if only parents would see
that it's crucial to take control
of their kids and stop thinking of "me".

The family is silently dying
giving way to violence and crime.
What a better world we could live in
if parents would give of their time.
