On my view of me, my secrets, and my own core.
Speaking, searching,
scared to death that
I might fail.

If you knew how scared
I was,
you wouldn't like me.

The masks, my camouflage,
my intellect is a sharp sword
and I'll use it to blind you.
(Yet I'm afraid that it won't work!)

I question if I am on
target
until you tell me..
(You needn't speak a word.)

My eyes see deeply,
do yours see me too?

I am the player, a character.
Who am I, really?
(Watch closely, connect,
you will know.)

I am loving, caring,
and I worry that I'm not.

I am passionate, intense,
will this not drive you away?

My heart is on my sleeve,
so I don my armor.
(There are cracks in it,
I plead for you to find them,
and yet fear that you will!)
