A perilous lover indeed... addiction
She beckons her lover. She needs his caress,
Blind to his method of robbing her brain.
Unable to laugh, her pain shall progress
'Til soon when she seeks him, his loving will wane.

His poison inhaled, pleasure blooms quickly,
Though she is betrayed, for the lover lies.
Her joy is disease, making her sickly.
This lover, so jealous, provides her demise.

Denying all others to give such release,
He tricks her heart into craving his gifts.
Once more she inhales, unable to cease.
He consumes her senses and dreariness lifts.

Sole nourishment is the poison he gives
And increasingly, she becomes thin.
Stolen forever by the darkness she lives,
She grieves for her life of perpetual sin.
