Please don't be upset
Some rage spilled into hate
There's still plenty of anger
No time to hesitate

Shame is recommended
For the sinful and the wrong
For a complimentary flavor
Guilt goes right along

Greed is now a favorite
If planning to avenge
It takes a little tart
When mixed in with revenge

Happiness and love
Are sort of hard to find
Take a chance on these
Even better when combined

Come and look this way

With anxiety galore

Jealousy will scream
Ooh pick me! Please pick me!
Take someones else's scoop
Of much desired 'n' sour envy

This one's unexpected
Going by the name surprise
Eat with pure amazement
While gazing in a lovers eyes

Are the longing and the lust
With ever aching hunger
Picking these is such a must

This one is on special
But it's not too big a treat
A small scoop of depression
Without fear it's incomplete

A bit of pessimism
Some disappointment too
Is guaranteed to leave one
Feeling rather blue

Tasty pride and suffering
A bit sour like lemonade
Requires a little begging
As it is only custom made

Sadness is the flavor
Saved for a rainy day
Resentment is so perfect
But is a higher price to pay

Grumpiness is bland
With a bitter aftertaste
Still a common choice
Picked in such a haste

So lickable is arousal
Top it with desire
Such a sweet hot flavor
Taste buds set on fire

Smug is so delicious
But a little sour
Wrath is even better
In the darkest hours

And now for the confession
This whole poem was a lie
Emotions will choose us
They're not something we can buy
