A poem in rhyming style.
The poet’s soul knows how to get emotion to flow
A blank canvas of white so that he may write
A past night that was consumed by plight
Putting pen to paper he describes his fight
Love became a fright
Pain shattering all that was right
Rage blinding his sight
On paper does he turn his darkness in to light
Showing to the world it will be all right
A poet’s soul burns ever so bright
