Eight line poem

I’ve been told to replace a light globe
At the top of a tv tower.
Although I’m not an acrophobe
It’ll take me the best part of an hour
To climb 1500 feet
Of vertical steel.
The task, once complete
Left me thinking, ‘That was surreal!’
