As stated above
What would happen if one person from the far future went to the distant past?

The world was geographically, politically and religiously different during the age of the pharaohs. By introducing technology and ideas to this era, the risk of forever changing the world becomes great. The Egyptian empire could have gained massive power and influence over the world well into modern times.

This brings up the question, with the past altered, what would the world look like in 1980? Would the world wars have gone differently? Would we have gone to the moon earlier? Would there be colonies on Mars? So many questions arise with the actions of one time traveler trying to save his present time of 2050.

The world would indeed be completely different to the time we are in now. Make no mistake, it would be far from a utopia. Hatred, discrimination, rivalries, and greed will all still be a part of the world. The team of time travelers who set out on their own mission, assuming the first time traveler had failed, sought out individuals who could sense the change in time.

The main character and her small circle of friends were chosen so to maintain an air of discretion. A loner with a tight circle of friends who are mostly ignored to seed them with nanites that would change their bodies into the perfect human specimens with knowledge decades ahead of their present time. When they find the one they wish to marry, those altered genes will pass on, making a new generation of physically perfect humans. Faster, stronger, more intelligent.

The realization came to late
Our world is dead, we sealed our own fate.
To another time we must flee
Find kind ancestors whose hearts can see.
Curse them with knowledge of what is to come
Gift them with all we can, pray they do what must be done.
