Rev. Savalas R Squire Sr, a “Positively Speaking” Advocate with the North Carolina AIDS Action Network, is an author, HIV/AIDS activist, and an ordained minister. He has also served his community as Branch President of the NAACP (Davie County, NC), founding board member of the Davie Advocacy Center, member of the "Ambassador Project" of AIDS Care Services of Winston Salem, member of the Ministers Conference of Winston Salem and Vicinity, and other groups as well. He has been heard weekly on local and internet radio, speaking on social justice issues. He and his wife, Angela, along with their children live in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
