It is a book where you will find usefull tips of description for your story. It shows the reader, with writing examples from the introduction to the last page of it.

It covers all posibilities and angles and you notice improvement from the very first time you look at some work of you conciously. When you REALLY looks at it you can notice errors you never thought you were doing.

It covers: details, simile and metaphor, showing and telling (the difference between both, and how to balance them on your story), dialogues, Point of Views, styles, setting, problem areas you can find and gives some tips and tricks at the end of the book.

On the special description problems area she included:
          Describing Animals
          Describing Weather
          Describing Emotion
          Describing Sound

Writers that don't feel confident with their stories, to read some and start practicing what they read.

Writers that feel confident with their writing skills but are ever looking for ways to improve their writing.

Aspiring writers that thinks their works are not worth anything and keep throwing them away.

The way the author keep using the same example constantly (the same story) to show us what she means by what she is explaining. She SHOWS and don't keep herself on the do this area, example area.

So far I like everything.

I've not finished yet. Everytime I read a section of a chapter I start looking for ways to put in practice what she is showing us there.

Confident on my skills as writer.

I found it useful. I've not finish it and my friends are telling me I'm showing improvements in my writing skills (even if not in the grammar area).
