Summary of this Book...
This book is pretty well known by everyone by now, especially with the movie being out. With the premise of it and what it is centered around it created a huge interest and up-roar with it too. While I think that is an interesting premise, I started off with first reading his other book, "Angels and Demons." Which was my favorite and when I read this, it couldn't compare to the characters and what he did with Angels and Demons.
This type of Book is good for...
Reading on a rainy day, or if you're interested in the idea of it.
I especially liked...
I liked the idea of it, but I have seen several things on T.V. about it and do know that it has been done before years ago by a book called, "Holy Grail," I believe.
I didn't like...
The characters, they just didn't do anything for me. Especially the female character who was with him, and others too. I just didn't feel like I felt anything for them, and didn't find myself just on my seat hoping that they'd survive. Plus, it seemed to get boring occasionally.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Get a refund for my money! I just felt put down and expected another, "Angels and Demons," but it didn't happen. In the end I felt kind of cheated.
I recommend this Book because...
If you're interested in the premise for it, and there is at least one character that is fun to read, and you wish he was more in it.
I don't recommend this Book because...
It can get boring, the characters aren't that engaging, and with me I read a book by Dan Brown that wasn't this one, and I was just in love with it, the twist was so unexpected, so I was expecting the twist with this one. Plus, there was so much talk about it that I pretty much knew almost all of what the story was about.
