Anyone that is interested in reincarnation in general; whether they have experienced their own memories or not. This book contains useful guidance for parents.

The case studies were very interesting. Also, although I personally enjoy fantasy novels, this is not a fantasy story.

Be regressed to see if I have lived before.

Kind of freaked out, but not in a bad way.
