Surly, mean, ultra-straight author meets flamboyant, light hearted gay artist....and his dog. The artist gets hurt. The author takes care of the dog and turns the majorly OCD author somewhat human. Then the author's favorite waitress (Helen Hunt) and the gay man and the author go in search of funds for the queer....only instead they find friendship, truth and healing. This is a funny, great show that has Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt as "lovers" and the dog is truly cute. | ||
