This is a deep look at a scientific dystopia where the caste system is created, enforced, and highly regulated.

The worldviews that had been pushed to the extreme. That's something I always enjoy about dystopian fiction, is how ridiculous some lines of thinking can be when taken too far.

The pacing.

Some parts of the character development seemed very rushed, as did some major plot points, but pages and pages were given to highly detailed descriptions of various scientific processes.

It was a good reflection of what was important within the world Huxley had created, but it was not particularly enjoyable as a reading experience.

Concerned for humanity.

It was very effective in that regard because the thought process behind it was all very human, and science fiction aside it made the world being described seem eerily plausible.

It's a classic and it has a lot to say. There's a lot to explore in here regarding human nature and scientific progress.

It isn't the best dystopian novel. A casual reader might prefer something more engaging that's less focused on science and more focused on ramifications.
