| A retired New South Wales Police Inspector. I say retired as it makes my leaving the Police service sound like my option rather than the truth of being tossed aside with injuries accumulated over nearly 30 years of frontline Policing, mostly ruptured discs. Not a shameful way to leave by any means but it was out of my hands, beyond my control, not how I thought I'd be leaving. Do it again in a heartbeat though. Married with two small children. That's right, still making babies. My back hurts. |
