About Me
I'm currently in college, studying to be an English teacher. My passion has always been writing, and I love reading other authors' works and learning how their brains put together jumbled thoughts. The point is, I hope whoever reads my work will understand that I am trying my hardest to improve every day. Be patient.
Type of Writer
I am a write-whenever-I-have-free-time kind of gal. That's about it. Oh, and sometimes I dream about the books I write.
Writing Style
I HOPE my style comes across as casually sarcastic, but I'm not sure. I've never had a professional read over my work.
Interests
I love singing and dancing, although I'm only good at one of the two. I also love trying new things. Hence, why I am here. I kind of enjoy fiddling on the piano sometimes.
Favorite Genres
Horror, drama, romance, thriller, action, and sci-fi are my favorite genres, but I'm willing to read almost anything.
Favorite Books
I genuinely can't decide. I loved The Maze Runner series (I read it twice), but I've read The Hobbit over 6 times, so I guess that would have to be my favorite.
Favorite Authors
I have a hard time remembering names, but James Dashner, Louisa May Alcott, Mark Twain, and George Orwell are all on my list of writers whose style I really enjoy reading.
Favorite Poets
Not a huge fan of poetry, and I haven't read much outside of what I read for my British Literature class, so I can't say I have a favorite.
Favorite Quote
"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." Maya Angelou
Favorite Music
I like most genres of music, but at the moment my favorite music artists are Faith Marie, AJR, Faouzia, Juniper Vale, Jon Bellion, Alec Benjamin, and J. Maya.
Favorite Movies
Disney owns almost all of my favorite movies, but if we're being specific, I really love "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". That one is SUPER underrated, and so is Pixar's "Soul" and Dreamworks' "The Prince of Egypt."
Favorite Shows
The newer version of "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" is definitely my favorite. I've seen it three times, and I've rewatched the finale many more times than that.
