Mad scientist studies and social emergencies have dominated the weekend, sadly. Working on new piece, but it will likely not be completed this evening. Trying to put my luddite tendencies aside and use Liquid Story Binder. Any suggestions welcome. I inevitably find writing software overcomplicated and confusing.
Next piece: Friday, February 5
I've added a new item to my portfolio:
 Exercise 3 - A Suitable Companion  (13+)
Third exercise in current online writing course
A pot of lavender Earl Grey steeping. Time to do another writing exercise.
After a lovely day on WDC, it is time for me to get some sewing done. Tonight: a blouse.

Check out the Newbie pages! My daughters grew up singing Phantom and one saw it twice. I played through the score fairly well at once time. Would take some practice now.

Any questions, just ask. Check out all at the Newbie pages. Great place to start.

Thank you so much! You play piano? I still practice Phantom songs regularly.
I've just edited an item in my portfolio:
 Exercise 1 - The Blackout  (13+)
Writing exercise in current online writing course - I would really appreciate feedback!

. This is the first time I've really written something in years, and I'm rusty and nervous about how I'll do in this class (not that anyone's grading it, I just really need to see a therapist). Feedback (which I'm also nervous about) is very much appreciated.
