Click the little arrow thingy in the upper right corner of your note. You'll see several options, including Edit Note. Click that and you'll have an edit box appear below your note, above my reply. Edit as needed, then save the edit. If you edit and realize you need to edit again (maybe you want to make the font bigger or colored or whatever), you need to refresh the page to edit again--I discovered that early on as I am a serial editor of my Newsfeed notes, though not my actual portfolio writing.
