I really enjoyed reading your little poem. So much true words in such a small piece. I automatically thought Wal-Mart when I read this and the people standing outside the doors taking donations from the Salvation Army. I really enjoyed your story. I read every single line because it was interesting from the start. We don't realize as kids that what's happening around us will be important to us when we grow up. It impacts us in such a way...it just takes time for us to make it a memory. What a great Christmas story you have written.
