WOW!!
This poem really spoke to me! This poem actually made me "feel like home with my dear departed Grandma"! if you get my meaning.
You have put into words exactly the friendship that I had with my Grandma! From playing games, watching the flowers she planted and cared for and thought me about, the family dinners, and the way her hair was "fluffy as clouds"....
I simply loved this poem so much - that I do not have words...

You captured my attention at once!
You write the way I can only hope - and aspire - to write like to honor my dear departet ones (in this case my Grandma)
And I hope I can have your approvement to print this poem and read it to my Grandma - and "yes!" I will tell her that I did not write it but that I borrowed it!

WOW !
I wanted to start of with the "Hi / Hello" - but this was to amazing to start with anything but WOW!!
I simply LOVED this poem!
When I started reading it - it captured me at once!
The way you write, the words you use, the set up - it is all just PERFECTION !
I was captured so much that afther reading it the first time - I simply HAD to read it again - to make sure I was reading what I was, and that this was not "a dream".
Though it ends with ; "Our Heart’s entwine us to each other. Forever you will me my Lover." - this is - for me - a poem that does not have to be about lovers in the "typical meaning of the word" (hope you get my meaning). Because as I read it, I tought about my Grandmother whom just passed away - and that special connection and feelings and love we had.
I was moved beyond words, and as I said - I had to read it twice just to make sure I read this EXTREAMLY BEAUTIFUL poem, and that I was not "dipping of having a wonderful dream".
I am told that in giving reviews one should be honest, respectful, encouraging - and give "pros and cons". I have to admit to you that there are only "pros" for me.
I can not say anything nor suggest any changes - because for me, this was just PERFECTION!

This was a sad, but really beautiful written poetry !
I was like I could almost feel the pain.
What made this so good - was that you captured my interest from the start.
I see you do not write in the "traditional a-b-a-b, or a-a-b" style (if you understand my meaning. But the way you wrote it was what I would call "free writing" (but I do believe that this is a real writing style!) . And I love "free - writing". You can get so much more into a poem when you are not so restricted by rules.
Simply said - I liked it a lot , and looking forward to seeing more of your work!
I must say this is one of the BEST poems I have read on this page. Yes I am a newbie, and have not read that many poems or short stories.
BUT, your poem really hit me. It hit a nerve. It hit me in the heart. It touced me. It was - even though it is sad - beautiful!
Maybe it is because I saw myself in you poem. Maybe it is because I reconized something - much to be onest with you. Maybe it is because you wrote it in a way that made me think - I am not the only one with these feelings.
Now, I can not say if what you have written is from personal experience or fiction - but as I sit here and read it, writing this review - I get a feeling that tis is a personal poem. To a special person. Maybe to somebody who have tryed to put you down. Make your life "a living hell" (pardon my french as they say...) But I get the feeling that this is inspired by true feelings and emotions and experiences. Hard, brutal, reality, painfull truth.
Maybe it is wrong of me to say I loved it - considering it is such a dramatic and sad poem - but it is a beautiful poem.
