I read it again and I still think it's a good story. I like the action that keeps the pages turning so to speak and the descriptions seem vivid, anxious to see how things progress. Wondering if Tom dies or if he finds her or what happens!
I always enjoy reading a good poem that has a good pace. The story is very scary! I liked the way the words were put together, and the way they rhyme. Somehow capturing the reader every year and only releasing them when All Hallows Eve ends-yikes! I really like your poem. Write on!
This is a very gripping story. The different characters all having a perspective to add and the narrator coming through to reveal the pursuit of the quest without deterring from it even after being warned. Intriguing! This seems like it could be made into a play! Write on!
The story was crafted with descriptive words and painted pictures in my mind. Some of the words were not usual to me so it slowed me down but I am not everyone and many people enjoy the variety of words rather than the repetition of them. It really is a great little story and a bit sad.
The story had a nice flow, and kept my imagination going, I think it was very inventive and had a real touch of character in the dialog. The story brought alot of different emotions out and pulled the ending into a nice fate. i think you had fun writing it!!
The story has a good stride. It definately pulls and tugs on the reader to keep reading, and at the same time wanting to know what might be causing the sound. The added distraction of all his old things showing up to cause more problems only intensified matters, but the end really left a powerful emotion. you have good skill, write on!
